Chapter 1: Wake up Spyra!

 

It’s 0700 and Spyro’s alarm clock is beeping. He gets out a 9mm gun from a holster and points it at the clock and says “Stop buzzing before I count to 3 or I’ll shoot.” It still buzzes “1” says Spyro. It continues to buzz. “2” Spyro says cocking his gun. It still refuses to stop buzzing. “3” says Spyro before he shoots it with a bang. He picks up his wand. It’s a Magic Crafter yew wand that was given to him when he started Peacekeeper training. He points it at the remains of the alarm clock and says “repairo”. It repairs itself in an instant. He puts his wand on the bedside table and puts on his Utility belt, Weapon belt and D.A.M (Dragon to Air Missile) launchers onto his wings and then he puts his wand and gun into their holsters. Spyro is a purple dragon with purple scales, yellow belly, purple eyes, brown wings and powerful muscles. He leaves his room and calls his sister, Spyra to wake up. He then goes down to the kitchen to make breakfast.

 

Spyra’s room is a typical girl’s room except is has various Peacekeeper posters including: Types of cannon, wanted posters and a regulation chart.

Her bed is a typical Peacekeeper bed. She sleeps in a camouflage sleeping bag. She has also rigged her alarm clock to explode with C-4. It rings and then explodes. She wakes with a groan and repairs it with her wand. She puts on her utilities and weapons belts and her D.A.M launchers and joins Spyro for breakfast. “Morning Spyro,” she says.

“Morning sis,” he replies. “What’s for breakfast?” Spyra asks. “Toast, eggs, bacon, beans, hash browns, tomatoes and mushrooms.” Spyro replies.

“A typical Peacekeeper breakfast. Nice.” Spyra says and she sits at the kitchen table. Spyro brings the breakfast over and they start to eat. They are really enjoying their breakfast when a cannonball crashes through the ceiling and smashes into the kitchen table and spreading their breakfast all over the floor. Spyro picks up the cannonball and unscrews it. Inside were 2 letters, on for Spyro and one for Spyra. Spyro passes Spyra her letter and she opens it. She reads the letter.

It says:

Dear Commander Spyra Peacekeeper,

You are requested to inspect the new recruits at the peacekeeper academy at 0730 hours today.

“I need to be at the academy at 0730. What’s the time?” asks Spyra. “The time is 0724. You better go or you’ll be late.” replies Spyro. Spyra picks up her backpack and magically disappears.

 

Spyro opens his. It says in P.S.A.S code:

Dear Commander Spyro,

                                          You have been requested to take care of very strong sheep (“Sheep?” says Spyro confused.) This sheep has defeated a unit of Peacekeeper S.W.A.T team single handed. You have authorisation to use lethal force if deemed necessary.

Spyro burns the letter and the goes into the gym and does some weightlifting. 20 minutes later, he leaves the gym and picks up his backpack and leaves the house after arming the house defence system. He tests it by throwing a rock at one of the windows. It was destroyed by a hidden machine gun. He is satisfied of the test and goes looking for the sheep mentioned in his orders.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chapter 2: Lambo

 

Spyro sees a fight by the Dragon Spirit statue and goes to investigate. He fires a missile into the air. It explodes with a loud bang. The fight stops mid-action with surprise. “What’s going on here?” Spyro asks. “Nothing” replies the sheep. He sees a sheep mid punch and dragon with black eyes, badly bent tail and a broken snout. “Don’t pull the wool over my eyes mate. I know you’ve been up to, beating that dragon up!” Spyro says. Spyro pulls the sheep off the injured dragon. “Are you ok?” asks Spyro.

“My nose hurts a bit and my tail stings like hell, other than that I’m fine.” he replies. “Go to the medical realm, they’ll treat your injuries.” says Spyro. “Ok,” the dragon says before leaving for the medical realm portal. Spyro turns to face the sheep. “So you’re the sheep I’ve heard so much about. I also heard you’ve defeated a Peacekeeper S.W.A.T team all on your own. So I’ve been ordered to take you down,” says Spyro. “Bring it on purple head” says the sheep. Spyro fires 10 D.A.M missiles at the sheep. The sheep dodges the missiles. “You have some skill,” says Spyro in surprise. “What’s your name?” Spyro asks. “Lambo,” the sheep replies.

“So Lambo, so you think you can take over the Dragon Realms do you?” Spyro asks. “Yes,” Lambo replies. “You and what army?” asks Spyro. “This army” Lambo says as 150 sheep join him. “What a load of lamb. Looks like we’ll feast well tonight,” Spyro says. “You can’t fight us you’re a quadruped and you’ll join that dragon in the Medical Realm when we’re done with you,” says Lambo laughing.

“Yeah right, watch this pal.” Spyro says as he jumps onto his back legs and stands upright and gets into a Drag-fu stance. “Bring it on Lamb chops,” Spyro says doing a come here sign with his paw. “Take him” Lambo orders. The sheep army attacks Spyro. A group of musicians start to play. (Guess what they are playing) Spyro is fighting the sheep soldiers and winning. Lambo attacks Spyro and knocks him skidding across the grass. He ends up under the Dragon Spirit statue. To his surprise it comes to life. “Spyro, I bestow upon you the power of flight, “starts the spirit. He puts his paw into the air and a metal pole appears in it. “Also take this pole and may it serve you well.” The sprit says giving Spyro the pole. “Thanks,” Spyro says. “Your welcome and good luck,” the spirit says before the statue turns back into stone. Spyro spins the pole around his body and jumps into the air, spinning the pole around. He lands in the middle of the sheep and knocks them flying. Lambo attacks but this time, Spyro was ready for him. Spyro knocks Lambo with the pole. He skids across the ground and hits a wall. “More,” Lambo says as more sheep soldiers join the fight. The sheep jump on Spyro pinning him down. “You can’t win. You’re out numbered,” they all chant together. “Well, I know I’m out numbered but I’ve got a reality check for you pal,” Spyro says jumping up and sending the sheep flying. Spyro takes off into the air and pulls out a Flame Grenade from a pocket on his weapon belt. He pulls the pin and drops it into the crowd of sheep. It explodes and turns the sheep into lamb flambé. The rest of the sheep run for the Sheep sanctuary portal. “I’ll be back,” shouts Lambo diving through the portal. “Yeah, I’ll be waiting,” Spyro says grinning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chapter 3: The return of Lambo

 

 

3 days later, Lambo returns to the Dragon Worlds with an army of 500 sheep soldiers. They turn a corner and they are met by Spyro in an A.D.U (Armoured Dragon Unit).

“Surprise!” Spyro says opening fire. He hits 150 soldiers before they dive for cover behind a clump of rocks. “What do we do Lambo?” they all ask. “Go around that hill. We might be able get around him,” replies Lambo. They go around a small hill and find Spyro standing there. “Oh no.” one soldier says as Spyro opens fire for the second time. Spyro manages to hit another 60 sheep before they dive back behind the hill. “He’s got us pinned down. What are we going to do? “A soldier asks.

“I have a feeling he will soon run out of ammo. When that happens we can try to get past him, “replies Lambo. “You five jump out and draw his fire.” He says to a group of scared soldiers. “Yes sir,” they reply. They jump out of the hiding place. Spyro shoots them. One of Spyro’s arms goes into the air. “RELOAD!” Spyro says into his radio. A Peacekeeper with a trolley full of ammo runs to the back of the A.D.U and loads a magazine of bullets and runs back to a portal. Lambo was watching this with interest. “Hmm,” he says thoughtfully. “What is it sir?” a solider asks. “Did you see that dragon with the trolley?” asks Lambo. “Yeah, so?” a solider asks. ”If we take out the trolley, he will be defenceless,” replies Lambo. “So glorious leader what’s the plan?” all the soldiers ask. “We need some volunteers to draw his fire and to use up all his ammo so we can draw the ammo trolley out. When the trolley comes out we can attack it,” replies Lambo. A group of 190 soldiers volunteer. “Good, we attack in 10 minutes.” Lambo says.

“I wonder what they’re planning. Something sneaky no doubt,” Spyro says to himself.

5 minutes later, 190 sheep soldiers jump of the hiding place and shout “Hey, big nose. You can’t hit a broadside of a barn.” “That’s it. You’re lamb Swiss cheese,” Spyro says before opening fire. He hits all the soldiers and one of his arms go into the air. “RELOAD!” Spyro says into his radio. A Peacekeeper with an ammo trolley runs out of a portal and heads toward Spyro’s A.D.U. “This is our chance! Attack!” Lambo shouts as the rest of the soldiers attack the ammo peacekeeper. Spyro sees the attack and calls for backup. A group of 60 Peacekeeper marines armed with P-4 rifles come and defends the ammo trolley. The marines defeat all the sheep soldiers and they drag them to the portal. “Damn,” says Lambo. He counts his remaining soldiers. “10 left,” he says. “Spyro, a net has been loaded into the left arm magazine. Capture the leader alive,” the radio says. “Yes Sir,” Spyro replies.

Spyro activates the stealth walk system and sneaks up the sheep’s hiding place. Spyro silently takes out the remaining soldiers and aims the net arm at Lambo. “Surprise!” spyro says firing the net. It tangles around Lambo pinning him the ground. Spyro guts out his p-9 Tranquilizer gun and says “Night” as he fires it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chapter 4: Lambo’s Trial

 

Lambo silently comes to. “He’s coming round. Get your weapons ready,” shouts the barrister. Lambo opens his eyes. He sees that he it bound by a pair of pawcuffs on his legs and arms. “So sheep, you have been brought before us for the breach of Dragon Laws,” says the Peacekeeper Judge. ”what’s your name, sheep?” asks the barrister. “Lambo,” replies Lambo. “So Lambo, you think it’s funny to beat up a dragon citizen do you?” asks the Judge. “Yes,” replies Lambo in defiance. “Jury, we will reconvene in 30 minutes to hear your verdict. Court adjourned,” says the judge banging his hammer Spyro takes Lambo to a holding cell. 25 minutes later, the court restarts. “Jury, what’s your verdict?” asks the judge. “Guilty as charged,” the head juror says. “Lambo, you have been sentenced to 50 years in the Prison realm with no parole,” says the judge. “Permission to beat him up and then throw him through the Prison Realm portal,” Spyro asks. “Granted,” an officer replies. Spyro turns to Lambo. “For the next 30 minutes your mine,” Spyro says cracking his knuckles. “One condition,” begins an officer.” “Yes sir,” Spyro replies. “Don’t leave a mark,” the officer orders.

“I won’t.” Spyro says grinning. Spyro takes Lambo to a room and proceeds to give Lambo a thorough beating.

30 minutes later, he throws Lambo into the prison realm portal and deactivates it.

A Peacekeeper messenger approaches Spyro. “Are you Commander Spyro Peacekeeper?” he asks. “Yes. I am,” Spyro replies. “You have been requested to see General Daniel at P.S.A.S HQ as soon as you’re done with the prisoner,” the messenger says. “Tell him I will be there in 10 minutes,” Spyro says. The messenger magically disappears.

10 minutes later, Spyro is standing in Daniel’s office. “I would like to congratulate you. You did yourself proud handing that rouge sheep,” starts Daniel. “Thank you sir,” Spyro says. “I would like to give you the Flame Cross for your action in the line of duty,” continues Daniel. He gives Spyro a cross with a fire border around it. “It’s a great honour. Thank you Sir,” Spyro says saluting. “Dismissed,” Daniel finishes. Spyro leaves the office and heads home unaware that Spyra has heard about Spyro’s medal and prepared a party.

 

 

 

Chapter 5: Permission to party Sir?

 

Spyro arrives at home to find the front door open and the house all dark. He pulls out his P-9 and turns on the kitchen light. “Surprise!” shouts Spyra. The rest of the guests put their paws in the air when they saw Spyro was armed. “Relax. It’s only a tranquiliser gun. I thought the house was being robbed,” says Spyro surprised. He lowers his gun and puts it back into its holster.

“Permission to Party sir?” asks Spyra. Spyro looks up at the wall. There is a banner that says “CONGRATULATIONS SPYRO” across the kitchen ceiling. Spyro smiles and says “Let’s Party!” they all run up to the disco room. Spyro takes over the DJ booth and plays high energy rave music as the guests dance and eat party food. At midnight the party guests go home. “Wow, what a party. You really know how to throw a big celebration, Spyro,” says Spyra yawning. “Let’s get some sleep, we might be needed tomorrow.” Spyro says also yawning. They both go to their rooms and they jump into their beds and fell asleep.
