Chapter 1: Mysterious
Orders
It’s a
nice day in Artisans. Spyro is in the garden, sitting on his deckchair drinking
a goblet of petrol &
She makes
herself a goblet of coffee and gets a bar of chocolate from the fridge. She
sits at the kitchen table and starts to eat her chocolate bar and drink her
coffee. She finished her chocolate bar as Spyro comes into the kitchen from the
gym. “Any of those ‘Dars’ Bars left?” he asks. “Yes, but there is only one
left,” replies Spyra. Spyro goes to the fridge and pulls out the last Dars bar.
He unwraps it and puts the bar onto a BBQ fork then dips it into a bowl of
batter mix and he starts to Barbeque it with his flame breath. Spyro finishes
flaming it and joins Spyra at the table. He starts to eat it.
There is a
loud bang as a cannonball lands on the kitchen table. Spyro unscrews it and
pulls out an envelope. He opens it and reads the letter.
It reads: Dear Commander Spyro and Commander Spyra,
Can
you report to P.S.A.S HQ ASAP because I have missions for you both.
Signed
General Daniel Peacekeeper
PKDA-7532-007
Spyro
burns the letter using his flame breath. “I wonder what the missions are.”
Spyra says. “Something exciting or dangerous perhaps” says Spyro in response.
“Let’s load up and find out. The letter did say ASAP didn’t it?” says Spyra.
The both go to the load out platform and selected the explosive load out. Spyro
locks the front door before they both magically disappear.
Chapter 2: P.S.A.S HQ
They
reappear in front of a large security gate. They both swipe their I.D cards and
the gate access system checks their retinas and paw prints. “Access Approved.
Welcome to P.S.A.S HQ, Commander Spyro Peacekeeper and Commander Spyra
Peacekeeper,” the gate computer says before it opened. They walk through and it
shuts behind them. They are standing in front of a 77 storey skyscraper. All
the windows have thick security glass. They walk up then entrance and Spyro
opens the door for Spyra.
”Thank
you,” she says as she walks through. They walk across the lobby to a lifts.
Spyro calls a lift. It arrives a few minutes later. They both get in and press
the 75th floor. The lift slowly rises. 15 minutes later they arrive
on the 75th floor. They see it’s a big lobby decorated with various
pictures of dragon battles. They walk over to the reception desk. “Can I help
you?” the receptionist asks. “Yes, the C.O has requested us to see him,”
replies Spyro. “Can you tell him we are here please,” says Spyro. ”Who, can I
say is here?” she asks. “Commander Spyro and his sister Commander Spyra,” replies
Spyro. The receptionist picks her phone and presses the intercom button. “Yes
Lucy?” the C.O asks. “Commander Spyro and his sister Commander Spyra to see you
sir,” replies Lucy. “Send them in.” the C.O says before hanging up.
“You can
go in now,” Lucy says. They enter the C.O’s office. They both look around. On
the wall there is a map of the Dragon Realms. They also notice a Jacuzzi tub,
gym and the C.O’s quarters. The C.O is sitting behind an oak desk. Spyro and
Spyra approach the desk as the C.O’s chair turns around. “Morning Sir,” they
both say as the C.O faces them. He is very muscular, red scales, blue belly and
yellow eyes. “At ease commanders,” he says. Spyro pulls out a packet of mints
from a belt pocket. “Mint sir?” asks Spyro offering the mints. “Yes, I would
like one commander,” the C.O replies as he takes a mint.
He puts it
in his mouth and starts to chew it thoughtfully.
“Sir, what
are the missions you want us to go on?” asks Spyra
The C.O
swallows his mint and says “Ah, one is very dangerous and need stealth and the
other is a guard assignment.
Also I
would like you to put these armbands on.” Begins the C.O He gives them both a
silver armband with blinking lights on them. “Thank you sir, but what are
they?” asks Spyra. “They are your Dragon Positioning System or D.P.S for short.
All P.S.A.S operatives have them. They are so we can locate you if you are in
trouble. “Cool and they show the time as well,” says Spyra in amazement.
Chapter 3: Orders and
Missions
“Spyro, do
you have the PK-6325-4327 armbands still in your armoury?” the C.O asks. “Yes
sir” Spyro replies. “Do you want to fetch them and put them on?” Spyro asks.
“Yes and be back in 15 minutes,” replies the C.O. Spyro leaves the office to
get the bracelets. He comes back 14 minutes later wearing them. “Spyro, I want
you to recover 6325-4327 Flame from a Gnorc occupied realm. You will receive
pilot training for the mech before you leave for Gnasty’s World. Dismissed,”
says the C.O. Spyro salutes and leaves for the training room. “Am I going with
him sir?” asks Spyra. “No, it’s too dangerous but I have an equally important
assignment for you. Your assignment is guard a portal.” Starts the C.O. “What
Portal?” ask Spyra. “The Portal to a realm where a very powerful mech is
stored.” Replies the C.O. “what is this powerful mech called?” asks Spyra. “Its
codename is 6325-4327 Spyro,” replies the C.O. “You mean a mech in Spyro’s
likeness. Why do you want me to guard it?” asks Spyra. “It is very powerful and
it has the same abilities as your brother, including time dilation,” Says the
C.O. “Where is this portal?” asks Spyra. “It’s on level 32 and it’s protected
by a level 5 security door with paw and retina scanner. It’s only set for Spyro
to open,” replies the C.O. “why do you want me to guard it when you have all
those security precautions on it?” asks Spyra. “That corridor is off-limits to
all personnel,” replies the C.O. “Dismissed,” the C.O says. Spyra leaves the
C.O’s office and goes to level 32. “I’m here to relive you. C.O’s orders,” says
Spyra. The Peacekeeper leaves and Spyra takes his place.
Meanwhile
in the VR training room, Spyro is learning to pilot the missing mech. “Your
nearly there, just concentrate. Ten minutes later, Spyro leaves the VR
simulator after been given a P.A.L card for the mech. He leaves for Gnasty’s
World.
Chapter 4: Hot time
in a Gnoc Realm
He
searches all the realms that ruled by Gnasty Gnorc. He smells Dragon lubricate
on a bush. He moves the bush and finds a hidden portal. Spyro enters the portal
and he finds himself in front of big security gate. “Damn” he says. He notices
a flower pot on the ground. He turns it over and he finds a sequence on number
scratched on the bottom. Spyro trys the code on the door keypad. The door
computer says “Access Approved,” before it opened. Spyro engages his armbands
and steps through the gate. It shuts behind him. Spyro hides behind a crate as
unit of Gnorc marines march past. Two soldiers are talking by the crate that
Spyro is hiding behind. “Have they found out how to get into the mech yet Dan?”
asks Luke. “No,” replies Dan. “What does it look like?” asks Dan. “It looks
like 65 foot dragon, “replies Luke. “The mech I’m looking for,” Spyro says to
himself quietly. “Sam, what section is it in so I can have a look?” asks Dan. “It’s
heavily guarded and you need a pass from the commander,” replies Sam.
Spyro
silently pulls out his P-9 and shoots the two guards. He drags them out of
sight before sneaking to the Commander’s Office. He looks into the window. He
sees the room is empty. He quietly opens the door and sneaks in to look for a
security card to the mech’s hanger. 15 minutes later, Spyro leave the office
with the pass. He sneaks up the hanger door and swipes the pass card. The door
opens. Spyro sneaks through the door and hides behind a cargo crate. He looks
at the mech’s maintenance platforms. They are full of Gnorc guards. He takes
aim with his PSG-1 and eliminates the guards from the platforms. Satisfied the
guards are gone he puts away his sniper rifle and heads to the mech’s head. 10
minutes later, he reaches the head. It detects Spyro’s presence and opens the
cockpit hatch. Spyro gets into the cockpit and starts the mech up. He starts to
walk the mech towards the hanger doors. Smiling he presses the flame button and
the mech starts to breathe fire on to the metal door. Spyro cuts out a dragon
shaped hole. 15 minutes the cut metal falls with a clang on to the floor. Spyro
pilots the mech through the hole. Gnorcs are firing at the mech as Spyro walks
the mech to a place where he can take off. He flames the Gnorcs before
extending Flame’s wings and taking off. He radios P.S.A.S HQ for orders. He is
ordered to proceed to a P.S.A.S hanger. 1 hour later, he arrives at the hanger.
Spyro lands the mech and he jumps out of the cockpit. He goes to the hanger
control room and closes the hanger roof doors. He then goes to the security
gate to P.S.A.S HQ. He goes through and the gate closes behind him. He walks
down a corridor and he sees Spyra guarding it. “Hi Spyra,” Spyro says. “Hi Spyro,
how did the mission go?” She asks. “It went very well. I now going to C.O to
tell him I completed the mission” Spyro replies. As he turns to the lift lobby
he sees a sign. It says:
“RESTRICTED
AREA
THIS FLOOR
IS ONLY FOR COMMANDER SPYRO PEACEKEEPER ONLY!
NO
UNAUTHORISED PERRSONNEL.”
Chapter 5: C.O
Debrief
Spyro
calls a lift. It arrives a few minutes later. He gets in and presses the 75th
floor. As the lift rises, he is humming a tune to himself. 20 minutes later the
lift reaches the 75th floor. He gets out and approaches Lucy’s desk.
“Hi Lucy, is the C.O in? I wish to see him,” asks Spyro. “I’ll just check for
you,” she replies. She presses the intercom on her phone. “Yes Lucy, what is
it?” the C.O asks. “Commander Spyro Peacekeeper to see you sir,” she says.
“Send him in,” says the C.O. “You can go in now he’s ready to see you,” says
Lucy. Spyro opens the office door. “Ah, Commander Spyro. Please come in. You
want to see me about something?” asks the C.O. “Yes, it’s the mission I’ve just
completed. I’m here to debrief you,” replies Spyro. “Well come in. Close the
door and take a seat.” The C.O says. Spyro close the door and sits in a leather
chair. “So how did it go?” the C.O asks. “Very well sir. I found the mech in a
hidden Gnorc base. It was heavily guarded. I used my infuriation skills and my
sniper rifle,” replies Spyro. “Good work,” The C.O says. “May I ask you
something sir?” Spyro asks. “Yes,” the C.O replies. “What is it?” he asks. “Do
you know the mech that looks like me,” begins Spyro. “Yes, I know the mech.
Why?” the C.O asks. “Can it do what I can?” asks Spyro. “Yes it can,” replies
the C.O. “Who’s the pilot for it?” asks Spyro. “You are the pilot,” replies the
C.O. “Oh; do I need any special training or equipment?” Spyro asks. “Yes you do
you need a neural port,” replies the C.O. “So where do I get one?” Spyro asks.
“Level 27, Medical bay, I will send the authorisation down for the procedure.
Report to medical bay 12. Dismissed” the C.O finishes. Spyro leaves the C.O’s
office and goes the medical room the C.O told him. Spyro knocks on the door.
“Enter,” a voice says. Spyro open the door and goes into the room. “Are you
Commander Spyro Peacekeeper?” asks the nurse. “Yes,” Spyro replies. “Lie on the
bed face down please,” Says the nurse. Spyro lies on a bed. The nurse give
Spyro a local antiseptic on the back of his neck before loading a weird gun
with a neural port with a small spike on it. She places into position. “Brace
yourself,” she says before firing the neural port injector gun. She puts into
position and fires. “I feel weird,” Spyro says. “Don’t worry; it’s just the
port configuring itself to your neural signals. It will take 15 minutes to
pass. I suggest you go to your barracks and get some rest,” the nurse says as
Spyro gets up. Spyro magically disappears and he reappears in to his kitchen.
He unloads his weapons and goes up to his room and falls into his bed and falls
asleep.
